FIFA MANAGER 11 es la 10º edición de la franquicia que incluye una larga serie de novedosas características. El juego ha experimentado múltiples mejoras en general, con énfasis especial en las áreas de mayor importancia. Incluye además un modo online independiente, introducido en la versión anterior, en el que hasta 8 jugadores podrán enfrentarse a través de Internet.
El mánager sigue teniendo el control total de la gestión del club de fútbol. En el juego, eres el responsable de la alineación, la táctica y los entrenamientos del equipo, además de las contrataciones de nuevos jugadores y de las mejoras de las instalaciones del club y del estadio. Entre los aspectos más notables se encuentra el motor FIFA 3D, más de 13.000 imágenes de jugadores originales, el modo de gestión de jugador, el modo de gestión de selección nacional, el modo Crea un club y la herramienta Pronóstico de partido.
Características
Alineación y táctica El aspecto táctico de FIFA MANAGER 11 se ha rediseñado completamente y ahora ofrece una gran complejidad. Las posiciones de destino de los jugadores, tanto en el juego ofensivo como en el defensivo, se pueden establecer directamente en el campo (incluso en Full HD).

Los jugadores reciben un nivel de juego por posición, y las diferencias de habilidad entre las distintas posiciones serán ahora más realistas. Los jugadores tendrán más flexibilidad para aprender a jugar en una posición diferente, y la experiencia adquiere una relevancia mayor. Este año saldrá a la venta FIFA MANAGER 12, la undécima edición de la franquicia, claramente centrada en el modo offline y con más de 700 nuevas características y mejoras.

En tu labor como manager en FM12 tendrás el control total de la gestión de un club de fútbol moderno. En el juego serás el responsable de la alineación, las tácticas y el entrenamiento del equipo, de contratar a los jugadores adecuados y de la ampliación de las instalaciones del club y del estadio. Los aspectos más destacados de FM12 son la licencia de FIFA, el motor FIFA 3D, más de 41.000 jugadores con licencia, de los que 13.000 incluyen imágenes originales, el modo de gestión de jugador, el modo de gestión de selección nacional, el modo Crea un club y la herramienta Pronóstico de partido, además de un editor muy completo y exclusivo.

Partidos en 3D
Uno de los aspectos destacados de este año es la opción de juego en 3D de FIFA MANAGER 12. Este aspecto de representación del juego es muy valorado por muchos aficionados a la franquicia, de forma que este año todo un equipo de diseñadores, grafistas y programadores han exprimido al máximo el potencial del modo 3D y lo han reprogramado de forma considerable.

Como resultado de estos ajustes, los jugadores observarán, entre otras cosas, una nueva IA y mejoras en aspectos relacionados con las sustituciones, las tácticas y la conducta de los entrenadores contrarios, por ejemplo tras la expulsión de un jugador. La nueva e intuitiva interfaz de usuario permitirá recuperar todos los datos relacionados con el juego en cuestión de segundos y así poder aplicar decisiones tácticas adecuadas.

Nuevas instalaciones del club
25 edificios con un total de 289 niveles de configuración reproducidos con todo detalle. Además, existen hasta tres estadios con un máximo de 120.000 localidades en las propias instalaciones del club.

Los edificios se deterioran con el paso del tiempo y hay que restaurarlos. Cada nivel de configuración afecta de forma particular a otras áreas del juego. El jugador deberá por lo tanto tomar constantes decisiones que contribuyan al desarrollo de una estrategia firme que configure la identidad futura del club.

Economía
El aspecto financiero de FIFA MANAGER 12 es completamente nuevo. Los clubes y los jugadores deben ganarse la confianza de los mercados financieros a base de éxitos deportivos. Los ingresos de los patrocinadores se corresponden con la realidad y reflejan fielmente las tremendas diferencias económicas que existen entre los clubes grandes y los clubes pequeños.

Como es lógico, no podía faltar el mercado bursátil y las acciones del club. En la sección de patrocinadores existen múltiples mejoras, como la pirámide de patrocinadores y las campañas de patrocinadores que sirven para conseguir nuevos socios. Por si no fuera suficiente, en FIFA MANAGER 12 existe la posibilidad de realizar operaciones de mayor envergadura con el patrocinador principal, al que hay que mantener satisfecho a toda costa.

Mercado de fichajes
En la sección de fichajes ahora se podrá hacer saltar a los jugadores al campo para jugar un partido de prueba o encargar un análisis exhaustivo de la plantilla para actuar directamente sobre los puntos débiles. Puesto que los managers de la IA también se sirven de estas opciones de análisis, los traspasos serán en consecuencia también más realistas. De este modo, los clubes de la IA pueden también fichar jugadores estrella que no quieren ampliar su contrato justo antes de su finalización.

Áreas clásicas remodeladas
En el calendario dispondrás de una gran variedad de nuevas opciones. Procuramos satisfacer todos los gustos, desde partidos benéficos a partidos amistosos, pasando por pruebas lácticas.

En FIFA MANAGER 12 el entrenamiento se puede planificar y llevar a cabo a diario y de forma individual. El desarrollo de jugadores es ahora más realista, lo que aumenta la exigencia del juego, especialmente en los niveles de dificultad más altos. Ahora, un preparador físico personal ofrecerá sus servicios desde el comienzo de la temporada.

En la secuencia de Progreso semanal, ahora configurable, el jugador podrá seleccionar e identificar las estadísticas que más le interesen, y de ese modo llevar un seguimiento más preciso del entrenamiento o de los avances de los edificios en las instalaciones del club.

También se han ampliado funciones como el cálculo inmediato, la cooperación con el Consejo de dirección, las entrevistas y la característica Vida privada.

¡Tu característica!
Ahora los aficionados pueden influir directamente en el contenido del nuevo FIFA MANAGER por primera vez gracias a la campaña "¡Tu característica!". Con siete votos, miles de participantes han elegido, entre otras, características como "diálogos previos al partido", "albergar la final de la copa de Europa", un "día de entrenamiento para jugadores aficionados" y la actualización de las "últimas 24 horas del mercado de fichajes".

Las "Funciones del mánager" son ahora mucho más interesantes. Como manager, tendrás que llevar a cabo constantemente nuevas tareas además de las funciones diarias, y de ese modo podrás ganar más puntos y subir de nivel de manager. A continuación podrás usarlos para, por ejemplo, que tus arengas al equipo sean más eficaces.

Modo online
Por supuesto no falta, como no podía ser de otra manera, el modo online, que se incorporó hace dos años a FM12.
